Turn off Cumulative Experience Level on Skyblock

Cumulative experience curves will use a players power level instead of their skill level. This means, for example, to get to level 1 of a new skill, I need 16k xp, since my power leve is very high. I feel this setting punishes me becase of having a very high power level. With this setting off, every skill needs its own xp.
