allowing players to use ü

On the in game server there is a strict english characters only filter where it wont post the message if it has a non english character in any part of the sentence or thought.

I would like to suggest that the server allows players to use the character Ü and ü for the use of an alternative method to the traditional smiley face: ( : and :).

I am going to go ahead and close this for now, as I am a bit confused as to why this would be required?, is it just so that you can use Ü in your name or in chat if you are speaking German?
