Thanks for choosing isoVerse ("we," "us," "our"). By using or accessing the isoVerse website, Discord server, or Minecraft server (the isoVerse "Services"), this Privacy Policy applies. Use of our Services requires acceptance and compliance with the Terms & Conditions, the isoVerse Privacy Policy, and the isoVerse Network Rules.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for isoVerse Services. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by us, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

  • With whom it is shared;
  • How it can be corrected;

  • How policy changes will be communicated; and
  • How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.
  • Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order or process a payment.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or text message in the future to tell you about updates, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Registration

In order to use the isoVerse website, a user may complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information. This information is used for your organization and isoVerse to provide the isoVerse Service. At your option, you may also provide additional information about yourself.

Payments

isoVerse will never charge a user without their direct consent, unless it is authorized (e.g. a subscription). To make a payment, you may be required to provide contact information (like your billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, or bank account numbers). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders exclusively. isoVerse will never see any sensitive data (like credit card numbers), as those are sent directly to our payment processor Stripe or PayPal. We may send emails to you regarding payments and other matters, which you can opt-out from if desired.

Sharing

For our public website only, share aggregated demographic information with Google Analytics. Due to Google's track record with privacy, Google Analytics has no involvement with other parts of isoVerse Services. Data sent to Google Analytics is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Security

We take incredible precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information on the Services, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and transmitted directly to payment processor in a secure way. We never see sensitive financial information. We also encrypt every page in transit. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the URL of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
